Welcome! By enrolling in our professional interview training course (“Course”), you agree to the following terms of use. We’ve written these in a friendly, easy-to-understand way so you know exactly what to expect. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access means you can access the Course content for as long as we continue to offer the Course on our platform. In other words, there’s no fixed end date to your enrollment – you keep access indefinitely, up to the “lifetime” of the Course. If we ever decide to discontinue the Course, we’ll do our best to give you advance notice and may offer a way for you to download key materials for your personal use. Our goal is that you’ll be able to revisit the videos and materials whenever you need, for as long as the Course exists.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your learning experience. If within the first 14 days after purchase you feel the Course isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund. This 14-day satisfaction guarantee is valid only if you have watched or completed no more than 50% of the Course content. In fairness, if you’ve consumed more than half the material, we consider that a commitment to the course. To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. As long as you meet the above condition (within 14 days and ≤ 50% of content viewed), we’ll process your refund, no questions asked. We stand by our Course and want you to have peace of mind in trying it out.

Account Responsibility

When you purchase the Course, you are creating a personal account for your own use. Accounts may not be shared. Please keep your login information (username and password) confidential and do not share access with anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, so protect your password and let us know if you suspect any unauthorized use. If others need access, each person should register for their own account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are shared or misused. In short, one account = one user. Intellectual Property

All content in the Course – including videos, audio, written materials, PDFs, slides, and any downloadable resources – is our intellectual property (or licensed to us). When you enroll, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal learning only. This means you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, transmit, redistribute, resell, or “repackage” any part of the Course without our prior written permission. For example, you cannot share the videos with friends who haven’t purchased, upload our content to other websites, or use our lessons to create your own course. The Course content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and it remains our property. Unauthorized use or distribution of the materials is not permitted. We love that you’re excited to learn – but please respect that the work we’ve put into this Course is for your individual use only.

Course Content Updates

 To keep our training relevant and valuable, we may update or add to the Course content over time. This could include adding new videos, updating modules, or improving materials as industry best practices evolve. Good news: all such updates to the main Course are included as part of your original purchase! If we enhance or expand the core Course content in the future, you will automatically get access to those updates at no extra charge. We want this Course to continue serving you, so whenever we make improvements to the main content, you’ll benefit from them too.

In addition to updating the Course itself, we might also introduce optional add-ons or new learning opportunities in the future. For example, we may develop extra modules focused on specific roles or offer entirely new courses and coaching sessions. These kinds of add-ons would be separate from the main Course and might be offered at an additional cost. Rest assured, your purchase covers the main Course and all its updates – you’re covered! We’ll always let you know when we release new content and make it clear whether it’s included in your original purchase or an optional add-on. That way, you can continue learning, stay up-to-date, and decide what’s right for your goals.

No Guarantee of Results

Our Course is designed to give you knowledge, strategies, and practice to improve your interview skills – but we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from completing it. Success in job interviews depends on many factors outside our control, including your individual effort, background, experience, and the job market conditions. While we’ve packed the Course with proven techniques and we hope you’ll land that dream job or promotion, we can’t promise that simply finishing the Course will ensure a job offer or any particular result. Your personal growth is in your hands – we’re here to help guide you, but ultimate success will also require your own dedication and application of the lessons. In short, you get out what you put in, and we make no guarantees of employment or other outcomes. (That said, we believe you will gain valuable skills to boost your confidence in any interview!)

Limitation of Liability

By using our Course, you agree that we will not be held responsible for any extreme or unforeseen issues beyond the scope of the Course itself. To put it plainly, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of (or inability to use) the Course. For example, we won’t be liable for things like lost opportunities, lost income, or stress related to your interview process. Our Course is provided “as is,” and while we strive for quality, we can’t guarantee it will be perfect or meet every individual’s needs without fault. If, for some reason, we are found responsible for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. In no event will we owe more than your purchase price. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Essentially, we’re here to help you learn, but we won’t assume financial liability for outcomes or issues beyond providing the course content as described.
